Common use of Right of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Right of Occupancy. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ State will provide Resident with a space in the Residence Facility for his/her occupancy as a residence. The right of occupancy does not include the right to a specific residence space, roommate, or type of accommodation by this Agreement. Residence Life will make housing assignments on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ State subject to availability of space and without regard to race, religion, color, age, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression. Final determinations on housing assignments are in the sole discretion of Residence Life acting on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ State. No guarantee of a specific unit space assignment is implied or made.
