Right of Optional Redemption; Prices. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Indenture, the Securities shall be subject to redemption prior the Maturity Date in whole or in part, at the election of the Issuer on any date for which notice of redemption can be given, at the redemption price of the principal amount of the Securities to be redeemed together with accrued interest to the redemption date. To make this election the Issuer shall give the Trustee at least 60 notice of such election, which notice shall specify the principal amount of Securities to be redeemed and the date it has fixed for redemption.
