Common use of Right of Removal Clause in Contracts

Right of Removal. Any and all equipment, apparatus, devices, or facilities placed or installed, or caused to be placed or installed, by either Party on or in the premises of the other Party shall be and remain the property of the Party owning and installing such equipment, apparatus, devices, or facilities regardless of the mode or manner of annexation or attachment to real property of the other.
