Common use of Right to Accept or Terminate a Placement Clause in Contracts

Right to Accept or Terminate a Placement. District may refuse to accept for placement, or may terminate the placement, of any Candidate based upon its good faith determination that the Candidate is not meeting performance standards or is otherwise deemed unacceptable to District. In such cases, District shall notify University in writing and state the reasons for such decision.
