Common use of Right to Access and Use Clause in Contracts

Right to Access and Use. Subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Sophos grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to access and use the Service solely for Customer’s internal information security purposes. Customer may permit its Affiliates and Users to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement, provided that Customer remains fully responsible and liable for their use of the Service and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
