Right to Association Representation. An employee shall have the right to have REA/OEA Association representation of his/her choice when meeting with an administrator over any issue which the employee reasonably believes may lead to discipline. Reasonable accommodation will be given in the scheduling of the meeting. At least 24 hours’ notice shall be given if outside representation is sought.

Right to Association Representation.
