Right to be Represented. Any time that a member is called before a supervisory officer, he has the right to be represented by the Union, upon request of the employee. It is agreed by all parties that no member will suffer loss of his/her job without just cause.

Right to be Represented. Todo Bonista que tenga derecho de asistencia a la Asamblea General podrá hacerse representar por medio de otra persona. La representación ▇▇▇▇▇▇ conferirse por escrito y con carácter especial para cada Asamblea General. All Noteholders having the right to attend the General Meeting also have the right to be represented by another person. Appointment of a proxy must be in writing and only for each particular General Meeting.

  • Right to Enter In permitting the use of the Facility described herein, Alamo Colleges District does not relinquish control or custody thereof and does hereby specifically retain the right to enforce any and all laws, rules and/or policies and procedures of Alamo Colleges District applicable thereto. All portions of the Facility will at all times be under the charge and control of Alamo Colleges District. Alamo Colleges District’s agent or other authorized representative of Alamo Colleges District may enter upon the Facility at all times to make inspections to ensure compliance with this Agreement.

  • Exclusive Representative Representatives of the Association, or other persons, having written authorization from the ASF Member concerned, may examine, under university supervision, the official file of that ASF Member, except for the limitation provided in Section B. hereof.

  • Right to Counsel The Indemnified Persons shall have the right to employ counsel in their, its, his or her sole discretion. Such Indemnified Persons shall be responsible for the expenses of such separate counsel except as provided in Subsection 6(c)(iii). The Advisor agrees to cooperate fully with the Indemnified Persons and their separate counsel in responding to such threatened or actual claims.

  • RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment/Plot] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
