Common use of Right to Exercise Clause in Contracts

Right to Exercise. (a) This Option may not be exercised for a fraction of a share. (b) In the event of Optionee's death, disability or other termination of employment, the exercisability of the Option is governed by Sections 6, 7 and 8 below, subject to the limitation contained in subsection 2(i)(c). (c) In no event may this Option be exercised after the date of expiration of the term of this Option as set forth in the Notice of Grant.

Right to Exercise. (a) This Option may not be exercised for a fraction of a shareShare. (b) In the event of Optionee's death, disability or other termination of employmentthe employment or consulting relationship, the exercisability of the Option is governed by Sections 6, 7 and 8 below, subject to the limitation contained in subsection 2(i)(c). (bii) In the event of Optionee's death, disability or other termination of employmentemployment or services, the exercisability of the Option is governed by Sections 6, 7 and 8 below, subject to the limitation limitations contained in subsection 2(i)(c)paragraph (iii) below. (ciii) In no event may this Option be exercised after the date of expiration of the term of this Option as set forth in the Notice of Stock Option Grant.

Right to Exercise. (a) This Option may not be exercised for a fraction of a share. (b) In the event of Optionee's deathdeath or disability, disability or other termination of employmentOptionee's consulting relationship or employment ("Continuous Status"), the exercisability of the Option is governed by Sections 6, 7 and 8 below, subject to the limitation contained in subsection 2(i)(c). (c) In no event may this Option be exercised after the date of expiration of the term Term of this Option as set forth in the Notice of GrantNotice.

Right to Exercise. (ai) This Option may not be exercised for a fraction of a shareShare. (bii) In the event of Optionee's death, disability or other termination of employmentthe employment or consulting relationship, the exercisability of the Option is governed by Sections 65, 6 and 7 and 8 below, subject to the limitation contained in subsection 2(i)(c2(a)(iii). (ii) This Option may not be exercised for a fraction of a share. (biii) In the event of Optionee's death, disability or other termination of employment, the exercisability of the Option is governed by Sections 6, 7 and 8 below, subject to the limitation contained in subsection 2(i)(c). (c) In no event may this Option be exercised after the date of expiration of the term of this Option as set forth in the Notice of GrantAgreement.

(bii) In the event of Optionee's death, disability disability, or other termination of employmentdirector, employee, or consultant status with the Company, the exercisability of the Option is governed by Sections 5, 6, and 7 and 8 below, subject to the limitation contained in subsection 2(i)(c2(a)(iii). (ciii) In no event may this the Option be exercised after the date of expiration of the term of this Option as Expiration Date set forth in the Notice of GrantGrant ("Expiration Date").

(bii) In the event of Optionee's ’s death, disability Disability or other termination of employmentemployment or service relationship, the exercisability of the Option is governed by Sections 6, 7 and 8 Section 6 below, subject to the limitation limitations contained in subsection 2(i)(c)this Section 4. (ciii) In no event may this Option be exercised after the date of expiration Expiration Date of the term of this Option as set forth in the Notice of GrantNotice.

Right to Exercise. (ai) This Option may not be exercised for a fraction of a share. (b) In the event of Optionee's death, disability or other termination of employment, the exercisability exerciasblility of the Option is governed by Sections 5, 6, and 7 and 8 below, subject to the limitation contained in subsection 2(i)(c). Right to Exercise. (ai) This Option These Options may not be exercised for with respect to a fraction of a shareCommon Unit. (bii) In the event of Optionee's ’s death, disability or other termination of employment, the exercisability of the Option these Options is governed by Sections 6, 7 and 8 Section 5 below, subject to the limitation limitations contained in subsection 2(i)(c)this Section 3. (ciii) In no event may this Option these Options be exercised after the date of expiration of the term of this Option as set forth in the Notice of GrantExpiration Date.
