Right to Have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. An employee shall have the right to have their ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present at any discussion with principal/CEO which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where the Employer intends to meet with an employee for disciplinary purposes, the employee shall be notified in writing, in advance, the purpose of the meeting, and informed of the right to have a Union representative present at the meeting. The member will be given sufficient time to arrange union representation and if necessary to schedule at a later date. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or union representative shall have the right to consult with an SGEU employee, Labour Relations Officer and to have their present at any discussion with the principal/CEO.
