Right to Have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. An employee shall have the right to have their ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present at any discussion with supervisory personnel that the Employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. a) Where the Employer intends to meet with an employee for disciplinary purposes, the Employee shall be so notified in writing or by email, in advance, the purpose of the meeting, and informed of the right to have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or SGEU Labour Relations Officer present at the meeting. The member will be given up to seven (7) working days to arrange union representation and if necessary to schedule at a later date. b) The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the right to consult with an SGEU staff Labour Relations Officer and to have their present at any discussion with the supervisory personnel.
