Common use of RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES. MCi reserves the right to amend any changes in details, design or constructions of the Goods without any notification to the Customer. If MCi shall make appreciable changes in details, design or constructions of the Goods, MCi shall inform the Customer by means of a written notification. The Customer is entitled to reject the amendments, within fourteen (14) after the relevant notification.
