Common use of RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES. The City may at any time, upon notice to the Service Provider, increase, reduce or otherwise modify the scope of the Services, and the Service Provider shall, subject to the provisions of Sections 3.2 and 3.3, accept and perform such increased, decreased or modified scope of Services.
