It is UHRL’s agreement to provide Resident with access to a Space in University Housing for residential purposes, together with any installed fixtures and provided furnishings, plus shared use of their Unit and of the Building common areas. This Contract is not a lease or license and does not create any property interest or tenancy rights in any Building or in any particular Unit or Space.
