Right to Operate. Airline shall have the non-exclusive right to conduct its air cargo business at the Airport and to perform all operations and functions in connection with the conduct and operation of such business at the Airport, subject at all times to the terms of this Agreement and the City’s exclusive control and management of the Airport. Airline shall not conduct any business or commercial operation from, at, or on the Airport that is not part of an air cargo business unless permitted under another agreement between the City and Airline. Airline shall not use the Airport, and shall not cause or permit its employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, agents, licensees, or invitees to use the Airport for any purpose other than as specified in this Agreement or such other instrument executed between the City and Airline.
