Right to Quiet Enjoyment. The Landlord does hereby covenant and agree that upon the payment of the rent and the performance of all covenants by said TENANT to be paid and performed as herein provided, said TENANT shall peaceably and quietly hold and enjoy the said premises during the term herein demised and any extension thereof. TENANT shall not commit, or cause to be committed, any waste on said premises, or any nuisance or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of the Premises or by Landlord or other TENANTs.
