Common use of Right to Record Clause in Contracts

Right to Record. The Tenant shall have the right to prepare, execute and record a memorandum of lease, setting forth the general terms of the Lease and such other information as Tenant deems necessary, which memorandum Landlord agrees to execute and deliver to Tenant. Tenant shall provide the Landlord a copy of the recorded Memorandum of Lease after recordation by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Registry of Deeds.
