Common use of Right to Reject Applications Clause in Contracts

Right to Reject Applications. The Autism Society and/or its agents reserves the right to reject any application for sponsorship, exhibit or advertising associated with the National Conference if in the sole opinion of the Autism Society and/or its agent, the Autism Society of America determines that the product or service promoted by the Sponsor, Exhibitor and/or Advertiser is a product or service which is demeaning to the dignity and well-being of an individual on the autism spectrum. Additionally, the Autism Society will not accept any application for sponsorship, exhibit or advertising where the Autism Society determines would jeopardize or negatively impact the trademarks, proprietary rights, reputation or goodwill of the Autism Society.
