Right to Rely on Instructions. Escrow Agent may act in reliance upon any instruction, instrument or signature reasonably believed by Escrow Agent to be genuine. Escrow Agent may reasonably assume that any employee of Depositor or Registrant who gives any written notice, request or instruction has the authority to do so.
