Right to Remedial Action Clause Samples

The Right to Remedial Action clause grants a party the ability to correct or address a breach or failure to perform under a contract before more severe consequences, such as termination or penalties, are imposed. Typically, this clause outlines a specific process, such as providing written notice of the issue and allowing a set period for the breaching party to remedy the problem. By formalizing an opportunity to fix issues, this clause helps maintain contractual relationships and prevents unnecessary escalation by ensuring parties have a fair chance to resolve disputes or shortcomings.
