Common use of Right to Remedy Clause in Contracts

Right to Remedy. If the matter or circumstance giving rise to a Claim is capable of remedy, the Purchaser shall procure that the Seller is given a 30-day period to remedy the relevant matter or circumstance and shall, without prejudice to the Purchaser’s duty to mitigate its loss, provide, and shall procure that each relevant Group Company shall provide, all reasonable assistance to the Seller to remedy the relevant matter or circumstance.
