Common use of Right to request Clause in Contracts

Right to request. 31.4.1 An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 may request the employer to allow the employee: 31.4.1 (a) to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(a) and 31.2.2(b) up to a maximum of eight weeks. 31.4.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;

Right to request. 31.4.1 17.6.1 An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 30 may request the employer to allow the employee: 31.4.1 17.6.1 (a) to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(aclause 17.2.2(a) and 31.2.2(b(b) up to a maximum of eight weeks.; 31.4.1 17.6.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;clause

Right to request. 31.4.1 23.8.1 An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 29 may request the employer to allow the employee: 31.4.1 23.8.1 (a) to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(a) and 31.2.2(b) up to a maximum of eight weeks.; 31.4.1 23.8.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;

Right to request. 31.4.1 29.3.1 An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of this clause 31.2 may request the employer to allow the employee: 31.4.1 29.3.1 (a) to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(asubclauses 29.2.2(a) and 31.2.2(b29.2.2(b) up to a maximum of eight weeks.; 31.4.1 29.3.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 29.2.1 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;

Right to request. 31.4.1 25.4.1 An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 25.2 may request the employer to allow the employee: 31.4.1 25.4.1 (a) to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(a25.2.2(a) and 31.2.2(b(b) up to a maximum of eight weeks. 31.4.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;

Right to request. 31.4.1 5.8.4.1 An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 may request the employer to allow the employee:clause 31.4.1 (a) to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(a) 5.8.2.1 and 31.2.2(b) 5.8.2.2 up to a maximum of eight weeks.; 31.4.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 5.8.2.1 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;

Right to request. 31.4.1 46.6.1 An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 46 may request the employer CWW to allow the employee: 31.4.1 46.6.1 (a) to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(a) and 31.2.2(bclause 46.2.2(a) up to a maximum of eight weeks. 31.4.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;

Right to request. 31.4.1 39.4.1 An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 39.2 – Basic Entitlement, may request the employer to allow the employee: 31.4.1 39.4.1 (a) to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(a) and 31.2.2(b) 39.2.2 up to a maximum of eight weeks. 31.4.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;

Right to request. 31.4.1 29.5.2.1 An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 29.4 may request the employer to allow the employee: 31.4.1 29.5.2.1 (a) to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(a) and 31.2.2(b) clause 29 up to a maximum of eight weeks.; 31.4.1 29.5.2.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 29.4(c) by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months; 29.5.2.1 (c) to return from a period of parental leave on a part-time basis until the child reaches school age;

Right to request. 31.4.1 An employee Employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 45.4 may request the employer Employer to allow the employeeEmployee: 31.4.1 (a) 45.6.1 to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(a45.4.4(a) and 31.2.2(b45.4.4(b) up to a maximum of eight weeks.; 31.4.1 (b) 45.6.2 to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 45.4.1, 45.4.2, and 45.4.3 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;

Right to request. 31.4.1 30.12.1. An employee entitled to parental leave pursuant to the provisions of clause 31.2 may request the employer to allow the employee: 31.4.1 (a) 30.12.1.1. to extend the period of simultaneous unpaid parental leave provided for in clauses 31.2.2(a) and 31.2.2(b) clause 30.8.2.1 up to a maximum of eight weeks. 31.4.1 (b) to extend the period of unpaid parental leave provided for in clause 31.2.1 by a further continuous period of leave not exceeding 12 months;
