RIGHT TO UNANNOUNCED INSPECTION OF RECORDS. (a) DHA and its authorized agents shall have the authority to visit and inspect the PHP at all reasonable times on an unannounced basis. (b) The PHP’s records shall be available and open for review by DHA during normal working hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, on an unannounced basis.
