Right to Use Application Services. (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to provide access to Application Services within the scope of the Access Rights purchased by Ordering Activity pursuant to a mutually executed Purchase Order. Ordering Activity acknowledges that the Access Rights may be used only by Ordering Activity’s Authorized End Users for Ordering Activity’s internal business purposes, and only during the Access Term. (b) Ordering Activity acknowledges (i) that it is responsible for procuring and operating all computer systems, software, and telecommunications services required to meet the minimum technical specifications necessary for Ordering Activity’s Authorized End Users to access and use the Application Services, and Ordering Activity may be unable to access or utilize some or all aspects of the Application Services unless such minimum technical specifications are met, and (ii) nothing in this Agreement may be interpreted as an implied license or to require ZeroFOX to deliver a copy of any software or other product utilized by ZeroFOX to provide the Application Services.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by PNG, Verizon shall provide to PNG Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of PNG. 8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to PNG, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.
