Authorized End Users. Subscriber may permit any individual employee or contractor of Subscriber (an “Authorized End User”) to access or use the Application Services and Licensed Technology solely for the benefit of Subscriber. All such access shall be in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Subscriber shall be liable for all acts and omissions of, and any breach of this Agreement caused by, its Authorized End Users.
Authorized End Users. Individuals or organizations that are eligible to use the Ser- vices by statute, also known as Customers.

At the initial login, each Authorized End User will be given the option to change the default password provided by Licensor to a personalized password that will enable such Authorized End User to access the Rosetta Stone Product in accordance with this Agreement. If Licensee is a Rosetta Stone Online User, the transmission of any Authorized End User’s name or password to allow any other person to use Rosetta Stone Online is expressly prohibited.
Authorized End Users. You acknowledge that we will rely on information provided by you. You agree to provide such information that is reasonably requested by us from time to time, including (i) a comprehensive list of all current and (to the extent then known) potential Authorized End Users, (ii) the email addresses and/or phone numbers of Authorized End Users, (iii) student demographic information, and (iv) headcount data.
Authorized End Users. The Business Online Administrator may elect to establish additional Authorized End Users for access to the Service. The Business Online Administrator is responsible for setting up Authorized End Users and for ensuring that access to Accounts and Online Services are appropriately established, changed and/or deleted. You are solely responsible for purchasing, obtaining, installing, and operating any and all hardware and software, including anti‐virus software, needed to access the Service and shall be responsible for maintaining such hardware and software in proper operating condition, including any mandatory maintenance service programs prescribed by us. We are not responsible for any errors or failures from any malfunction of your computer or any virus or other problems related to the use of the Service. We are not responsible for any error, damages or other loss you may suffer due to malfunction or misapplication of any system you use, including your browser (Microsoft Explorer, Safari or otherwise), your Internet Service Provider, your software or any equipment you may use (including your telecommunications facilities, computer hardware and Internet connection) to access the Service or communicate with us.
Authorized End Users. On a regular basis, Participant will identify to IHP Participant staff who will need to access the Software on behalf of the Participant as authorized end users in order to ensure their completion of required training. Participant shall promptly notify IHP whenever an authorized end user is added, removed by reason of termination of employment, or an authorized end user’s scope of need to access the Software has changed in a material way. Participant shall be responsible for ensuring its authorized end users establish, manage and protect the confidentiality relevant passwords in accordance with applicable Arcadia and/or IHP policies. Any authorized end user of Participant who fails to act in accordance with the applicable requirements and restrictions for use of the Software may be subject to having his or her access to the Software suspended or terminated either by IHP or Arcadia.
Authorized End Users. Ordering Activity shall be fully responsible for compliance with this Agreement by, as well as the acts and omissions of, all users who access the Application Services under its Authorized End User login credentials. Ordering Activity shall not authorize access to or permit use of the Application Services by persons other than Authorized End Users. ZeroFOX will issue to Ordering Activity the number of unique sets of login credentials (each consisting of a user name and password) set forth on the applicable Purchase Order for the Application Services and, unless otherwise approved in writing by ZeroFOX in its sole discretion, Ordering Activity will ensure that no more than one Authorized End User will have access to or will use each set of login credentials.
Authorized End Users. In addition to the requirements of Section 6 of this Terms of Use, you must meet all of the following requirements to download any Digital Downloads: ( i ) your computer and other Approved Electronic Devices (defined below) must all be physically located in the United States, (ii) any Digital Downloads that you purchase may only be downloaded to your Primary Computer (defined below) or transferred to Secondary Computers (defined below) or Portable Devices (defined below), and (iii) you must first be a registered user of these Sites and in full compliance with this Terms of Use.
Authorized End Users. As used herein, the term Authorized End User means an individual who (i) has registered with DrFirst as a user of an Application; (ii) is authorized by virtue of such individual’s relationship to, or permissions from, Company to access DrFirst Applications pursuant to the PA; and (iii) has executed the terms of use agreement applicable to the Application. Access to Applications provided by DrFirst shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Authorized End Users. CLIENT shall ensure that the Authorized End Users comply with all obligations set forth in this Agreement. CLIENT shall be responsible for ensuring its Authorized End Users establish, manage, protect the confidentiality relevant passwords, in accordance with this Agreement, and will not allow any other individual to knowingly use the same password or gain access to the Software. Any Authorized End User who fails to act in accordance with the applicable requirements and restrictions for use of the Software may be subject to having access to the Software suspended or terminated by ▇▇▇▇▇. Any breach of or noncompliance with the obligations set forth herein by an Authorized End User shall be regarded as a breach or noncompliance by CLIENT itself. CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold ▇▇▇▇▇ harmless from any violation of the obligations of Authorized End Users under this Agreement.
