Security and Passwords Clause Samples
The 'Security and Passwords' clause establishes the responsibilities of users and parties regarding the protection and management of login credentials and access to secure systems. It typically requires users to maintain the confidentiality of their passwords, avoid sharing them with others, and promptly report any unauthorized access or suspected breaches. By setting these expectations, the clause helps prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information and systems, thereby reducing the risk of data breaches and ensuring the integrity of the service or platform.
