User IDs Clause Samples

The 'User IDs' clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the assignment and use of unique identifiers for users within a system or service. Typically, this clause outlines how user IDs are created, managed, and protected, and may specify that users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their IDs and any associated credentials. By establishing clear guidelines for user identification, this clause helps prevent unauthorized access, ensures accountability, and supports secure system operations.
