Right to Use the Service. Prusing to your agreement with the Reseller you have been granted with the rights to use the Services. The use of the of Services are subject to the terms of this Agreement. The rights to use the Services are revocable, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sub-licensable, worldwide, solely for Your own internal business purposes (and not for resale, further distribution, or for providing outsourcing or service bureau services), during the Subscription Term. All rights not expressly granted to You under this Agreement are reserved by Company and its licensors. Upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Term, all rights granted to Customer (and/or any of its Users) herein shall immediately terminate and expire.
