Right to Use the Service. Pursuant to the Service Agreement with the Reseller you have been granted with the rights to use the Services. The rights to use the Services are revocable, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, worldwide, solely for Your own internal business purposes (and not for resale, further distribution, or for providing outsourcing or service bureau services), during the Subscription Term. All rights not expressly granted to You under this Agreement are reserved by Company and its licensors. Upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Term, all rights granted to Customer (and/or any of its Users) herein shall immediately terminate and expire.

Subject to your compliance with the Agreement, including the payment of applicable fees, we grant to you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, limited, non-sublicensable, right to access the features and functions of the Services, during the Term. Your right to use the Services is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any usage or other parameters or limitations set forth in the applicable Order Form. You shall undertake reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of the provisions of this Agreement that are applicable their use of the Services and shall cause them to comply with such provisions.

Right to Use the Service. WDM hereby grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to permit the Authorised Users to use the Service and the Documentation on the terms and conditions of this Agreement and for the Term.
Right to Use the Service. 1.1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, We grant You a free-of-charge, worldwide, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the Service to manage DSRs.
Right to Use the Service. 4.1 Subject to and conditional upon you at all times complying with this Agreement, FedEx grants to you a non-exclusive, non- assignable, personal right to use the Service.
4.2 Your right to use the Service commences from the date your application to use the Service is accepted by FedEx and continues until terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
4.3 You agree to comply with all of FedEx’s directions notified from time to time pertaining to any use of the Service.
4.4 You will be solely responsible for and agree to provide and maintain the telecommunications facilities and services, computer hardware, software and all other equipment and services required from time to time to use the Service.
4.5 You may use the Service through a web browser interface with your personal computer. You may nominate any person to operate your Account (“Administrator”). You or your Administrator may also nominate any person to use the Service through your Account (“User”). Both Administrator and User may have a range of access rights in respect of your Account as your agent. You undertake to ensure that your Administrator and User strictly comply with this Agreement and any other terms that may be prescribed by FedEx from time to time. You will be liable for any default of your Administrator and User and will indemnify FedEx against any defaults, losses, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities whatsoever arising from the use of the Service by your Administrator or User.
Right to Use the Service. Subject to payment of the applicable Service Fees, Oversight will provide the Services described in the applicable Order and in accordance with the Hosting Guide attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 1. Oversight grants Client, and Client accepts from Oversight, a non-exclusive, non- transferable, right to use the Services during the Term. The Services will be used subject to limitations set forth on the applicable Order. Client is responsible for the use of the Services by any person to whom Client has given access to the Services, and any person who gains access to the Data (as defined in Section 7.2 below) via the acts or omissions of Client.
Right to Use the Service. The Customer has the right to use the service of the Telecommunications Operator as specified under the Agreement, general terms and conditions, user guidelines, and any campaign terms applicable. The Telecommunications Operator shall ensure that the telecommunications network and services allow the Customer to use the service in the agreed way. The intellectual property rights to the services and products of the Telecommunications Operator shall be the property of the Telecommunications Operator or a third party, such as the software owner. The Telecommunications Operator shall grant the Customer a restricted licence, for the term of the Agreement, to the service and digital software versions and documentation supplied under the Agreement. Use of the service, and the hardware, software, documentation, other content and data, and the licence thereto delivered in connection with the service, is allowed only for the intended purpose in compliance with the guidelines issued by the Telecommunications Operator or a third party, such as the software owner. The Customer may not, without the Telecommunications Operator's prior consent in writing, copy, convert, or modify the documentation or software, or disclose or deliver it to a third party, except where required by peremptory law. Upon expiry of the licence, the Customer shall, at the request of the Telecommunications Operator, return or erase or otherwise destroy at its expense all original content and data delivered, and any copies thereof that may have been produced, that are in the possession of the Customer. Said content and data delivered include, for example, software, manuals, and the installed and/or otherwise produced copies. The Telecommunications Operator shall not be liable for any limitation to service use that may be imposed abroad. Use of the service may not cause unreasonable load (such as transmission of junk mail or sharing the subscriber connection), or other harm or disturbance to the Telecommunications Operator, operation of the public communication network, other users of the communication network, or a third party. The Customer shall immediately disconnect from the communication network any hardware or software that is causing disturbance to the operation of the network or the service.
