Common use of Right to Use the Services Clause in Contracts

Right to Use the Services. During the Subscription Term set forth in an Order, MailHippo grants to Customer a nontransferable, non-assignable, nonexclusive, revocable, worldwide right to permit Customer and those individuals authorized by Customer or on Customer’s behalf, and who are Customer’s employees, agents or contractors (“Authorized Users”), to access and use the Services subject to the terms of this Agreement. Each Order defines specific usage rights (“Usage Rights”), and Customer shall at all times ensure that its use does not exceed its Usage Rights, as additional fees will be incurred or otherwise violate this Agreement.
