Rights and Remedies Upon Termination. Any Party terminating this Agreement under section 20 shall have the additional right to cure any material breach or default of the Defaulting Party to preserve the Non-Defaulting Party's rights that may be prejudiced as a result of such material breach or default and exercise and pursue all other rights and remedies available to it under applicable law.
