Common use of Rights in Addition Clause in Contracts

Rights in Addition. The rights and powers conferred by this Section 6 are in supplement of and in addition to and not in substitution for any other rights or powers the Collateral Agent may have from time to time under this Agreement or under applicable law. The Collateral Agent may proceed by way of any action, suit, remedy or other proceeding at law or in equity and no such remedy for the enforcement of the rights of the Collateral Agent shall be exclusive of or dependent on any other such remedy. Any one or more of such remedies may from time to time be exercised separately or in combination.
