Rights of Residents. The Resident will be given opportunities, through committees and/or the Chief Residents, to participate in educational, administrative, and professional matters of the College and the major participating site, and will have the right to use grievance procedures as addressed in the Sponsoring Institution’s policy and referenced in the Resident Handbook.
Rights of Residents. (1) Each resident is to enjoy a reasonable right to privacy, which shall include the right to: (a) Wear his or her own clothes, when available and appropriate; (b) Retain a private space in the residential facility for the storage of personal belongings; (c) Talk privately on the phone, as permitted by the Family Residential Standards and State regulations; (d) Visit privately with legal counsel as permitted by the Family Residential Standards; (e) Other visits as approved by ICE and monitored by facility staff; (f) Receive and send mail in accordance with Family Residential Standards; and (g) Attend religious services whenever possible. (2) The Service Provider shall establish a policy and procedure that shall provide each resident freedom from discrimination based on race, religion, national origin, sex, handicap, or political beliefs, and ensures equal access to various services and work assignments, as appropriate. (3) The Service Provider shall ensure that all residents have equal opportunities to participate in activities and receive services offered by the Service Provider. DROIGSA-10-0003
Rights of Residents. Manager shall exercise reasonable care not to release medical records of residents to unauthorized persons, and if the Facility receives a subpoena the production of the medical records of a resident, Manager shall see that the resident is promptly informed of that fact.

Don’t rely on notes, text messages, social media and emails.  Be honest, respectful, and polite. Don’t be intimidating, arbitrary or rude.  Share your concerns before things get out of hand.  Explain respectfully what is bothering you and help your roommates understand why.  Listen carefully. Try to see things from your roommates’ perspective.  Do not rely on others (family or friends) to solve your roommate problems.  Do not interrupt each other when discussing problems.  Do not spread rumors about your roommates. If there is a problem, discuss it with your roommates.  Seek assistance from your Resident Advisor or Assistant Director when things cannot be worked out between you and your roommates. You are required to fill out each part with some information, if more space is required use the back of the page.
Rights of Residents. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ District Community Resources Society and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 3999, N.D.C.R.S. Residence Workers’ both recognize the rights of residents to make choices in their lives. Insofar as it is possible to understand and implement those choices, both parties to this Agreement will attempt to abide by them. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, no resident will be forced, coerced, threatened or intimidated into living under conditions that are clearly repugnant to them.
Rights of Residents. The rights of the RESIDENT under this Agreement are those stated herein and as found in the Resident ▇▇▇▇ of Rights in the Residents Handbook, which the RESIDENT acknowledges as having received. The RESIDENT rights under the law of this Agreement do not include any proprietary interests (ownership) in the property or assets of the FACILITY.
Rights of Residents. If admitted into any Transitional Housing program you have the right to many things. First of all you have the right to be treated humanely and respectfully. Typically people do not live in Transitional Housing as a first choice, but more as a needed entity, we choose to meet our residents where they are at in life at the moment. We have many services we offer and you have a right to choose between treatment providers if required. You have the right to choose what employment area fits you best, even though you will be required to have a job or be actively participating in vocational rehabilitation. You have the right to appeal decisions made and file grievances both with Transitional Housing Upper Management, and with the Colorado Association of Recovery Residences. You also have a right of expectation of privacy in all bathroom areas, and at no point will cameras be used in areas where clients are allowed to change clothes. Clients also have a right to a safe and sober environment. This means that all clients must abstain from illegal and banned substances per this policy and procedures. We encourage good dialogue and absolutely feel like you will find a warm environment and staff that care about your personal success. Non-Discrimination - All Transitional Housing programs will be non-discriminatory in nature. From screening applicants to deciding on terminations, the Race, Religion, Creed, gender, sexual orientation, or political affiliation will be used to discriminate or have any relevance to decision making. Mission Statement: Our Mission is to provide stability to people in our communities who are committed to sobriety and to bettering their lives through the supportive services that Transitional Housing provides. Transitional Housing will exist to better lives, communities, and fight against drug and alcohol addiction. At no point is the safety of our staff, clients, and community not paramount in the actions we take or the decisions we make. Code of Ethics: ATC staff, to include Transitional Housing staff, have signed and agreed to ATC Code of ethics and ▇▇▇▇ code of ethics which are retained in employee files at all times.
Rights of Residents. A. Your rights under this Agreement are the rights and privileges herein expressly granted and do not include any proprietary interests in the properties or assets of the Association (other than the property rights of condominium owners under the Declaration) or in any fees once transferred to the Association. All fees paid by you to the Association shall become its sole property. These fees shall be deemed payment to the Association for residence and services, and are not held in trust for your benefit. B. Pursuant to the requirements of any bona fide lender, you agree that your rights under this Agreement shall at all times be subordinate and inferior to the rights of the lender under existing mortgages or deeds of trust and any other extension, modification, renewal of or substitute for these mortgages or deeds of trust or any other mortgages or deeds of trust hereafter executed with the required prior written notice, analyses and reports provided to the Department of Social Services. You further agree to execute, acknowledge and deliver upon request any document required to implement or serve as evidence of such subordination.
Rights of Residents. WelCare shall exercise reasonable care not to release medical records of residents to unauthorized persons, and if the nursing home receives a subpoena for the production of the medical records of a patient, WelCare shall see that the resident is promptly informed of that fact.
Rights of Residents. (i) An owner or operator of an apartment building, condominium, nursing home, mobile home park, or any other rental facility may not interfere with or charge a fee for the installation of Cable System facilities for the use of a lessee of said property or premises, except that such owner or operator may require: (1) installation to conform to reasonable conditions necessary to protect the safety, appearance and functioning of the premises; (2) the Grantee, occupant, or tenant to pay for the installation, operation, or removal of such facilities; and (3) the Grantee, occupant, or tenant to agree to indemnify the owner or operator for any damages caused by the installation, operation or removal of such facilities. (ii) It shall be unlawful for the Grantee to compensate or offer to compensate any Person, or for any Person to demand or receive compensation from the Grantee, for the placement upon the premises of such Person of Grantee's facilities necessary to connect such Person's premises to the distribution lines of Grantee to provide Cable Service to said premises.
