Common use of Rights of the Registry Operator Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Registry Operator. You acknowledge and agree that the Registry Operator may deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any Domain Name on registry lock, hold, or similar status as it deems necessary, in its unlimited and sole discretion: a. to correct mistakes made by the Registry Operator or Registrar in connection with a Domain Name registration; or b. for any non-payment of fees.
