Risk of Nonpayment Sample Clauses

The 'Risk of Nonpayment' clause defines which party bears the financial risk if payment is not made as agreed under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities and potential consequences for late or missed payments, such as interest charges, suspension of services, or the right to terminate the agreement. By clearly allocating the risk of nonpayment, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures both parties understand their obligations and the repercussions of failing to meet payment terms.
