Paving sections shall conform to regulatory standards. Curbs shall be provided along all roadways and parking areas and shall be constructed of reinforced concrete with appropriate profiles. If possible, loading, delivery and service areas should be segregated from parking areas.

The system will not handle tissues, paper towels, baby wipes, diapers, feminine hygiene products, etc. If the septic system is clogged due to any of these items, additional fees will be charged to the credit card on file. •Cell phone service cannot be guaranteed in all Hocking Hills areas. •If the rental has WIFI or Satellite TV, please understand signals in the Hocking Hills area are not as strong as metropolitan areas. •Please call our office if you encounter a problem with the WIFI or Satellite TV. We cannot issue refunds due to service provider issues. •All guests are responsible for securing their personal property in and around the property. •Hocking Hills Premier Cabins is not responsible for damage or theft of any guest’s personal property or vehicles at our properties. •Items of value left behind will be removed from the rental and stored for 30 days. It is the guest’s responsibility to contact us and to pay for any shipping and handling charges incurred to return the item.
Roads and Driveways. No road or driveway shall be constructed or altered on any Lot without the prior written approval of the ACC of plans and specifications for such roads and driveways. Related to Roads and Driveways

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Roads The Purchaser is required to construct the roads shown in Table B-1 per the schedules stated, as shown on the Sale Map, Attachment A, and to the specifications and drawings in Attachment B and other applicable attachments.

  • Amenities Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.

  • Landscaping The Owner will, before its plan of subdivision is released for registration, pay to the Town in lieu of planting any trees on the public streets within the plan, the amount shown for the purpose upon Schedule “J”.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.
