Development Guidelines means the general criteria, parameters and policies relating to the Project as established by the Developer with the assistance of the Manager, as the same may be modified from time-to-time.

More Definitions of Development Guidelines

Development Guidelines means and refer to the Design and Development Guidelines of the Modifications Committee of the Savannah Homeowners Association, Inc., which are the Design Guidelines and standards prepared by the ASC.
