Rippable Rock is defined as any material that can be ripped with a single-tooth hydraulic ripper drawn by a crawler tractor having a minimum draw bar pull rated at not less than fifty-six thousand (56,000) pounds (Caterpillar D-8K or equivalent) and occupies an original volume of at least one cubic yard.
