Rodent Control. Rodent Control measures shall be undertaken by the LESSEE, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole cost and expense, so as to prevent damage to the LEASED PROPERTY. All rodenticides shall be listed in the LESSEE’s Annual Pest Management Plan and shall be included in the STATION’s pesticide authorized use list.

Rodent Control. (Squirrels, Gophers)
Rodent Control. All turf and landscaped areas shall be maintained free of rodents, to include but not limited to gophers. The reduced presence of other rodents may be requested by the City.
Rodent Control. Regular treatment by bait laying of anticoagulant preparations in areas used as passageways and harborages of rats and mice, based on a system of permanent/semi-permanent bait stations. These rodenticides provide good control without presenting any hazard to products or personnel. However, if the degree of infestations should ever warrant it, acute bait / chronic rodenticides will be used, but only after close consultation with PAGCOR and then only under the strict supervision of the Contractor. Supplementary control methods such as by mechanical traps and sticky boards, plugging or sealing off of holes that may serve as entry points will also be employed if the situation so warrants.
Rodent Control. As a general rule, rodent control inside occupied buildings should be accomplished with traps. All such devices need to be concealed and in protected areas so as not to be affected by routine cleaning and other operations. Trapping devices should be checked on a schedule approved by the OCF. The contractor shall be responsible for appropriate disposal of all trapped rodents and rodent carcasses in a timely manner.
Rodent Control. ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ LLC will hire a pest control company to ▇▇▇▇▇ rodents and other pests at the property prior to demolition and during the course of construction. Non-toxic, chemical free pest control measures will be used as appropriate. Such measures shall also be extended to the exterior of the neighboring property directly behind and in front of the site.
