Role of the Recipient. The role of the Recipient is to support community capacity building and adhere to good management practices in the maintenance of accurate progress reports and financial records. The Recipient is responsible for: i. Providing community actors with information to inform local planning decisions; ii. Involving partners and wider community Stakeholders in LEPC activities, and ensuring wide representation and quality participation from across all relevant sectors; iii. Delivering LEPC activities on a day to day basis, including: 1. Actively meeting reporting and monitoring obligations, as well as participating in the Province’s evaluation of the LEPC; 2. Ensuring that objectives and strategic priorities are being met, keeping a record of progress and accomplishments to-date and maintaining accurate financial records; and 3. Ensuring that funding is being used for its intended purpose and that objectives stated in the agreement are being met; iv. Managing the Agreement with the Province, submitting required reports and participating in monitoring and evaluation; and

  • Representative of the Recipient; Addresses Section 7.01. The Minister of Finance of the Recipient is designated as representative of the Recipient for the purposes of Section 11.03 of the General Conditions.

  • Role of the panel 1. The role of the Panel shall be to make an objective assessment of the dispute under its consideration, including an examination of the facts of the case and the applicability of and conformity with this Agreement, incorporating necessary findings for settling the dispute. 2. The report of the Panel shall be binding on the disputing Parties. 3. The Panel shall take its decisions by consensus. However, if the Panel is unable to reach consensus, it may take its decisions by majority vote. 4. Where a Panel concludes that a measure is inconsistent with this Agreement, it shall recommend that the Party complained against bring the measure into conformity with this Agreement. In addition to these recommendations, the Panel will be entitled to suggest ways in which the Party complained against could implement the recommendations. 5. The Panel, in its findings and recommendations, may not add to or diminish the rights and obligations provided in this Agreement. 1. The procedure before the Panel shall be conducted in accordance with the Model Rules of Procedure set out in Annex 12 (Model Rules of Procedure). Exceptionally, the disputing Parties may agree on different rules to be applied by the Panel. 2. The Model Rules of Procedure are necessary for the good development of all the steps in this Chapter. In addition, these rules shall regulate the development of the procedure, pursuant to the following principles: (a) the procedures shall ensure the right to at least one hearing before the Panel, as well as the opportunity for each disputing Party to provide initial and rebuttal written submissions, and allow the use of any technological means to ensure its authenticity; and (b) the hearings before the Panel, the deliberations, as well as all the submissions and communications submitted during the hearings, shall be confidential.

  • Role of the Parties Taboola acknowledges that Publisher is a Controller of Personal Data relating to its Visitors. Publisher acknowledges that Taboola shall also be an independent Controller of Personal Data that it processes about Visitors to provide its Services (both to Publisher and to Taboola’s other publishers). In no event shall the Parties process Personal Data that they each collect about Visitors as joint Controllers.

  • ROLE OF THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CONTACTS 5.01 Primary and Secondary Contact(s). The Resident, in executing this Agreement, is required to identify a “Primary Contact” and a “Secondary Contact”. It is strongly recommended that these contacts are parents or legal guardians of the Resident. The Primary Contact serves as the individual that is contacted by the Manager if concerns or problems arise with the Resident, as detailed in section 5.02 below. If the Primary Contact is not available, the Secondary Contact will be contacted.

  • Service Offerings Our Services vary and particular descriptions of such Services can be found at points where you access each respective Service. We genera ly provide the Services to you free of charge, unless otherwise noted at the time the Services are presented to you for acceptance and use. Use of our Services is subject to your agreement with this ▇▇▇▇ and your compliance with same. We make no representation or warranty with respect to the quality, accuracy and/or completeness of the Services. We may suspend, modify, terminate and/or alter the Services at any time and for any reason, in our sole discretion.
