The parties acknowledge and agree that (a) Cultivate is a processor of that Personal Data under European Data Protection Laws; (b) Client is a controller of that Personal Data under European Data Protection Laws; and (c) each party will comply with the obligations applicable to it in such role under the European Data Protection Laws with respect to the processing of that Personal Data.
