b. Google is a processor of that Customer Personal Data under European Data Protection Law;
c. Customer is a controller or processor, as applicable, of that Customer Personal Data under European Data Protection Law; and d. each party will comply with the obligations applicable to it under European Data Protection Law with respect to the processing of that Customer Personal Data.
Processor and Controller Responsibilities. The parties acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Appendix 1 describes the subject matter and details of the processing of Customer Personal Data;
(b) Google is a processor of Customer Personal Data under the Data Protection Legislation;
(c) Customer is a controller or processor, as applicable, of Customer Personal Data under the Data Protection Legislation; and
(d) each party will comply with the obligations applicable to it under the Data Protection Legislation with respect to the processing of Customer Personal Data.
Processor and Controller Responsibilities. If the European Data Protection Legislation applies to the processing of Customer Personal Data, the parties acknowledge and agree that:
(a) the subject matter and details of the processing are described in Appendix 1;

5.6.3 The Customer is a controller or processor, as applicable, of that Customer Personal Data under the European Union Data Protection Legislation; and
5.6.4 Each party will comply with the obligations applicable to it under the European Union Data Protection Legislation with respect to the processing of that Customer Personal Data.

(b) Photographer is a controller of Photographer Personal Data under the Data Protection Legislation; and (c) each party will comply with the obligations applicable to it under the Data Protection Legislation with respect to the Processing of Photographer Personal Data.

(c) Customer is a controller or processor, as applicable, of Customer Personal Data under the Data Protection Legislation; and
(d) each party will comply with the obligations applicable to it under the Data Protection Legislation with respect to the processing of Customer Personal Data;
(e) Customer shall, in its use or receipt of the Services, Process Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Legislation and Customer will ensure that its instructions for the Processing of Personal Data shall comply with Data Protection Legislation. Customer shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Personal Data and the means by which Customer acquired Personal Data.
