ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF EACH PARTY. Role of the Commonwealth 10. The Commonwealth will be responsible for: (a) monitoring and assessing achievement against milestones in the delivery of the Wangetti Trail under this Agreement to ensure that outputs are delivered within the agreed timeframe; (a) providing a consequent financial contribution to the States to support the implementation of this Agreement. (b) in accordance with the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ensuring that financial contributions to a building project or projects as defined under the Fair Work (Building Industry – Accreditation Scheme) Regulations 2016 are only made where a builder or builders accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme is contracted; and (c) ensuring that compliance with the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (Building Code 2016) is a condition of Australian Government funding. 11. Queensland will be responsible for: (a) providing a financial contribution to support the implementation of this Agreement; (b) all aspects of delivering on the project outputs set out in this Agreement; (c) reporting on the delivery of outputs as set out in Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments; (d) ensuring that only a builder or builders accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme is contracted, and providing the necessary assurances to the Commonwealth; and (e) ensuring that compliance with the Building Code 2016 is made a condition of tender for and performance of building work by all contractors and subcontractors, and providing the necessary assurances to the Commonwealth.

(ab) providing a consequent financial contribution to the States Tasmania to support the implementation of this Agreement.;
(bc) where applicable, in accordance with the Fair Work (Building and Construction Industry (Improving ProductivityIndustry) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ensuring that financial contributions to a building project or projects as defined under the Fair Work (Building Industry – Accreditation Scheme) Regulations 2016 2005, are only made where a builder or builders accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme is contracted; and
(cd) where applicable, ensuring that compliance with the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (Building Code 2016) 2013 is a condition of Australian Government funding.
11. Queensland Tasmania will be responsible for:
(a) providing a financial contribution to support the implementation of this Agreement;
(b) liaising with private investors/irrigators in each of the irrigation scheme areas, including in relation to financial contributions to the relevant schemes;
(c) all aspects of delivering on the project outputs set out in this Agreement;
(cd) reporting on the delivery of outputs as set out in Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments;
(de) where applicable, ensuring that only a builder or builders accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme is contracted, and providing the necessary assurances to the Commonwealth; and
(ef) where applicable, ensuring that compliance with the Building Code 2016 2013 is made a condition of tender for and performance of building work by all contractors and subcontractorssubcontractors who tender for the work, and providing the necessary assurances to the Commonwealth.

(ab) providing a consequent financial contribution to the States New South Wales to support the implementation of this Agreement.;
(bc) in accordance with the Fair Work (Building and Construction Industry (Improving ProductivityIndustry) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ensuring that financial contributions to a building project or projects as defined under the Fair Work (Building Industry – Accreditation Scheme) Regulations 2016 2005, are only made where a builder or builders accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme is contracted; and
(cd) ensuring that compliance with the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (Building Code 2016) 2013 is a condition of Australian Government funding.
1110. Queensland New South Wales will be responsible for:
(a) providing a financial contribution to support the implementation monitoring delivery of this Agreement;
(b) all aspects of delivering on the project outputs as set out in this Agreement;
(cb) reporting to the Commonwealth on the delivery of outputs as set out in Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments;
(d) ensuring that only , including provision of a builder or builders accredited under Certificate of Practical Completion to accompany the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme is contracted, and providing performance report for the necessary assurances to the Commonwealthfinal milestone in accordance with clause 15 of this Agreement; and
(ec) ensuring that compliance with the Building Code 2016 is made a condition of tender for and performance of building work by all contractors and subcontractors, and providing the necessary assurances to on-forwarding the Commonwealth’s financial contribution under this Agreement in a timely manner, in accordance with Schedule D, Clause 13 of the IGA FFR.

(cd) reporting on the delivery of outputs as set out in Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting –Performance and PaymentsReporting;
(de) ensuring that only a builder or builders accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme is contracted, and providing the necessary assurances to the Commonwealth; and
(ef) ensuring that compliance with the Building Code 2016 is made a condition of tender for and performance of building work by all contractors and subcontractors, and providing the necessary assurances to the Commonwealth.
