Common use of Roles and Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Roles and Responsibility. The Employer shall make all provisions for the Occupational Health & Safety of its employee’s during the hours of their employment. Protective devices deemed necessary to properly protect employees from injury shall be provided by the Employer. It is the responsibility of all employees to wear safety equipment which is supplied, to observe safe working practices and to report unsafe conditions to the Employer.
