Common use of Room Moves Clause in Contracts

Room Moves. 9.1.1 With our prior, written permission you may move from one room to another in your existing Halls or to different Halls, provided: • your reason for doing so is, in our sole opinion, a reasonable one; and • you provide evidence in support of your request; and • you provide evidence that the Hall Fees are paid up to and including the date of your request to move rooms; and • there is a suitable room available for you to move into. 9.1.2 We will use the supporting evidence to assist us in prioritising room moves. 9.1.3 In determining the outcome of your request we will act reasonably. 9.1.4 We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £50 on completion of a room transfer. 9.1.5 The grant of any room move request is at our sole discretion. 9.1.6 Information on how to request a room move is available online at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/studentservices/student- living/accomm/▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇?#▇▇▇▇▇▇_▇▇▇▇▇ 9.1.7 If we grant your room move request, this Agreement applies to the alternative Accommodation. 9.1.8 All requested room transfers should be sent to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ for consideration by us.
