Common use of Rotating Night Assignment Clause in Contracts

Rotating Night Assignment. Any eligible employee who is scheduled to work a basic work week composed of at least one (1) but less than five (5) evening or night sessions, or who is scheduled to work a basic work week composed of evening and night sessions for a period of less than three (3) consecutive months, is deemed to be working a rotating night assignment under Paragraph (a) and will be eligible to receive a nightly differential.
