Rotational Transportation Clause Samples

The Rotational Transportation clause establishes a system where transportation services or responsibilities are shared among multiple parties on a rotating basis. In practice, this might mean that different vendors, employees, or departments take turns providing vehicles, drivers, or logistical support according to a set schedule or order. This arrangement ensures that no single party bears the entire burden of transportation duties, promotes fairness, and can help optimize resource use and reduce costs by distributing responsibilities evenly.
