Rounding Conventions Clause Samples

The Rounding Conventions clause establishes the rules for how numerical values are rounded within the context of the agreement. It typically specifies whether numbers should be rounded up, down, or to the nearest whole number or decimal place, and may set thresholds for when rounding occurs. This clause ensures consistency and clarity in financial calculations, preventing disputes over minor discrepancies that could arise from differing rounding methods.
