Common use of Rounding of Overtime Clause in Contracts

Rounding of Overtime. For purposes of payment, overtime and double time 13 hours worked shall be rounded as follows: 14 (a) Sixteen (16) or more minutes past the hour will be rounded up to the half hour. 15 (b) Forty-six (46) or more minutes past the hour will be rounded up to the next hour.
