Common use of Route Selection Clause in Contracts

Route Selection. The District shall determine bus routes and stops. Drivers may select posted routes based on seniority prior to the start of the school year. The District maintains the right to alter routes; however, an employee’s selected route will not be altered or changes made solely for the purpose of allowing the driver to select additional routes.
