Routine Cleaning. Project Co will provide Routine Cleaning services and at such frequencies so as to comply with: (a) the requirements of this Appendix, including the Cleaning Outcome Standards, Attachment 2 and the Annual Service Plan then in effect; (b) the Functional Area Risk Categorization for each area of the Facilities; (c) the applicable Cleaning Access Times of each area of the Facilities; and (d) Tables 1 and 2 of Attachment 3 to this Appendix.

Clean all steps, light fixtures, mirrors, walls, and floor drains at each Facility. f. Clean parking rate and other signs throughout each Parking Facility. g. Clean all parking equipment and cabinets. h. Clean all bollards, car stops and lane dividers. i. Sweep, dust mop, deodorize, and/or buff all Tunnels and Parking Facility stairwells. j. Clean and sweep all Parking Facility escalators and elevators, including sweeping out of door tracks. k. Remove any graffiti and gum stains at each Parking Facility.

Routine Cleaning. The Contractor must provide routine cleaning of the internal areas to the required standard, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high level of general cleanliness, presentable and fit for their intended purpose.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Janitorial Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to report promptly to Landlord any neglect of duty or any incivility on the part of such vendors which in any way interferes with the full enjoyment of the Premises rented by the Tenant.
